Estia is situated in a quiet street just behind Waitrose in Western Road, and regularly plays to full houses.
The menu runs its course all the way from hummus and Halloumi to baklava, by way of lamb kleftiko with roast potatoes and orzo pasta, beef stifado mosharaki, skewered chicken souvlaki and xifias (pan-fried swordfish with garlic, butter and lemon juice).
The ever-popular patatas bravas, fried potatoes in a spicy sauce, and halloumi, grilled Cypriot cheese invoke well the flavours of the region, underlining the high quality of the food throughout.
