Vaudreys is an independent stylish restaurant in Hildenborough, directly adjacent to the main rail station, owned and managed by local people, providing a quality dining experience to the local community.
The menu concentrates on great fresh, locally sourced, seasonal produce with a blend of the best of European dishes plus a hint of fusion.
The monthly changing menus could feature a starter of peppered, grilled tuna loin with fennel and carrot leaf salad, ably supported by a main course of honey roasted duck breast with seared vegetables and roast potatoes.
Vegetarians could enjoy dishes such as Pan fried polenta, wild mushroom and pesto dressing or Marinated butternut squash & potato rosti with green beans, samphire & vinocoto.
Aperitifs of your choice will be served.
