Led by the talented young Marcus Eaves, the restaurant has an air of contemporary chic, with rose wood tables, wooden floors and linen napkins to complete the simplicity.
However, the cuisine and techniques employed are far from simple. Imaginative dishes burst with exciting flavours and are presented with precision - almost as works of art.
