Refer a Friend General Terms
The Refer A Friend Scheme is open and available only to current and ex members.
The Refer A Friend Scheme does not apply to individuals already known to us or who have previously enquired with us on the date of the referral.
There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.
Unless stated otherwise in the details of the Refer A Friend campaign, the Refer A Friend prize/award will only be awarded if the referred individual pays the full membership fee to join the Singles Dining Club. It is not available for free or discounted memberships.
No replacements or alternatives will be provided if the award/prize is lost or stolen. No monetary alternative is available.
Please note that we may identify you as the person who has made the recommendation in the email that we send your friend.
The Refer A Friend Scheme is only available in the UK where the offer is made.
The Refer A Friend Scheme shall be subject to the special terms included in the Refer A Friend Scheme details or advertised material.
The Singles Dining Club reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the Refer A Friend Scheme at any time without notice.

The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of these terms shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, the Singles Dining Club shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from participation in the refer a friend scheme. These conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
